If your appointment is @ 9am and you do not text that you are parked/here by 9:01, your appointment is cancelled. •Cancellations due to tardiness will result in a 50% service fee. •Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled. •Deposits are only transferable up to 2x for any reschedules •Clients who do not show proper care and hygiene of lashes will not be taken as my client. I can no longer serve you. Cleansing your lashes is not optional! •Clients who do not show common courtesy and manners will not be taken. Do’s: •Use a foaming lash cleanser daily •Come to appointment with ZERO makeup (no mascara, lash glue residue, foundation) •Come showered (no water or steam around lashes post 24hrs of application) •Text pics/ask questions about your lashes! •Text pics to ensure your lashes meet the 40% requirement Don’t’s: •No caffeine prior to appt •No phones/Apple watches— I will not be responsible for your phone during your session. With the current concerns related to the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to let you know we are committed to doing our part to keep both guests and our over staff healthy. The news and recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will continue to be monitored and are keeping a close eye on information published by our local and state health officials. As a standard operating practice, we regularly disinfect all common areas, tools and surfaces with the appropriate cleaning solutions. Our protocols are that after every guest from the lash stylist: Wash their hands Remove table paper and cover the table with new paper Disinfect the trolley, lash boards, bolster, neck pillow and doorknobs with wipes Replace the used blanket with a clean blanket Sanitize tweezers with EPA registered barbicide and a UV sterilizer During this period of heightened concern, we have implemented additional preventative measures including: For clients: No mask=no entry, no exceptions! Cancellation Policy
SAME DAY cancellation and NO SHOW will get charged 100% of the scheduled service price. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to pay will result in disqualification to book any and all future services at JV. Please RESCHEDULE with your transferable deposit (up to 1x) as needed.
